Order Cancellation Eligibility
You may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched. Once the order is packed or handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled, altered, or modified.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Auto-Cancellation
Your order may be automatically canceled if:
- Payment fails or is flagged for verification
- The provided address or contact details are incomplete or invalid
- The product becomes unavailable or out of stock
Refund Timeline
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued to the original payment mode within 3–5 business days. Refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, cancellations must be requested at the earliest. Repeated fake or refuse-to-accept deliveries may result in account restrictions or order denial.
Right to Cancel by Seller
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, fraud suspicion, product unavailability, government restrictions, or logistics limitations. Customers will be notified and refunded in such cases.
