Return & Refund Policy

At Godhaji Foods, we ensure safe packaging, hygiene standards, and verified quality checks before dispatch. Since our products are food items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return, replacement, or refund request may be approved only if the product delivered is:

• Damaged, leaked, or broken during transit
• Incorrect item received compared to order placed
• Expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

Return Request Window

You must submit a claim within 3 days from delivery along with:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear images of product and packaging
• Order ID and registered mobile number/email

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used products
• Damage caused after delivery
• Incorrect storage by customer

Refund or Replacement Options

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, one of the following resolutions will be processed:

• Full refund to the original payment method
• Free replacement of the product (subject to availability)
• Store credit (optional if preferred by customer)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit only after verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by us wherever logistics service is available. The customer will not be charged for return shipping when the claim is valid.

Claim Rejection Clause

We reserve the right to reject refund/return requests if:

• Evidence provided is insufficient or inconsistent
• Product is used, opened, or intentionally damaged
• Request is raised after the 3-day window

Fraud & Misuse Prevention

Repeated false claims, chargebacks, or return abuse may result in account blocking and legal action under applicable Indian e-commerce laws.
