Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Godhaji, we strive to deliver our products to your doorstep in the fastest and safest manner. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

*International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time due to courier network limitations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once dispatched, a tracking link or AWB (Air Waybill Number) will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number to monitor the shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin).

Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, unresponsive contact, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged Deliveries

If the package arrives damaged, tampered, or leaked, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to factors beyond our control including:

• Weather conditions
• Courier operational delays
• Festive rush or government restrictions
• Natural disasters or strikes

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address and receiving the parcel on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details.
